Payment: payment is due on or before we arrive for our first visit with your pets. Late payments will incur a $20 late fee. Payment left at the home is the most common method but if you would prefer to pay prior to our first visit please send to the following address:

Credit Cards: We are now able to accept credit cards online for an additional service charge. If you are interested in setting this up let us know and we will provide the info needed to proceed. 

 

Cancellations: If for any reason you need to alter or cancel your service times/dates please let us know as soon as possible. We understand life happens and we always do our best to accommodate everyone's requests. 24 hour cancellation notice required for full refund otherwise original price of visit will be billed. 

 

Last minute bookings: Please book requests at least 24 hours in advance so we can schedule accordingly and allow enough time to keep everyone's pets happy and well cared for. Visits scheduled with less than 24 hours notice will include an additional $10 last minute booking fee. These fees increase during our peak times around the holidays.
